Fabulous breakfast with lots of choice and good quality food. Service was great. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool, with a good handrail access which made it easy to enter. Sauna was lovely and hot. The accessible bathroom was great, handrails helped that folded down from the wall as well as the walk in shower and hose attachment. We didn’t try the hire bikes but the option was there. The bed was comfy and the lighting good.

Tasteful decor. Choice of restaurants. Sticks and sushi restaurant is great. Good breakfast. Rooftop cocktail bar. Well appointed rooms. Efficient check-in and check-out. Staff friendly (thank you Marta).. Reasonable location. 15 min walk to Tivoli Gardens and Central Station. Good transport options. Bus 7A nearby to there or 26 to Nyhaven. Sightseeing bus from outside. Taxi from hotel to airport 275 DK.

Susan at reception was particularly helpful and welcoming. She moved us to a larger family room as our teen boys would be more comfortable in a family room with a larger sofa bed. Large, family-friendly hotel with great facilities, even got to enjoy table tennis in the evening. Sticks and Sushi on the top floor was delicious. The Sightseeing tour bus stop is right outside the hotel.

Excellent facilities for families, from breakfast with Rasmus Klump, play rooms and excellent swimming pool.

Bed comfortable and large. Very good sound proofing in rooms never heard any other rooms. Good location for Ironman Copenhagen as nearer enough to walk to centre 15-25 mins depending on mobility, but far enough away not to be woken by nightlife. Metro 10min walk so easy to get to Ironman start early in morning.

Lovely clean and modern room on 10th floor overlooking canal waterway, great views. Very comfy bed. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel so unable to comment. Nice to use the pool after a busy day, lovey lighting and relaxed colors in pool area, but pool was quite noisy with children when we used it at 9.30pm. Hop on tour bus stops right at the door of the hotel. Reception staff very helpful and friendly, despite being very busy. Our room was ready so we could check in a little earlier when we arrived. You can have room cleaned daily free of charge, was asked if we wanted this on checking in. Room was cleaned daily, towels were changed daily too, which is a shame as we hung them up as we didn't mind using them again. Two paper cups provided to use for tea and coffee in the room, we thought this was unusual, but not a problem. It might be to do with sustainability, we should have asked. Fabulous views from rooftop bar. Great location, only 15 mins walk from train station, Tivoli gardens, restaurants and shops. Canal water bus just across the bridge 15 min walk. Hotel is located away from busy tourist areas so nice and peaceful at night time.

I liked the two rooms next to each other. Breakfast was good for the most part. Staff were friendly. There was plenty of space to wait in lobby.

The executive room we had was amazing , we got upgraded to an executive junior suite so as well as a spacious large double bed with two separate duvets we had a desk and a chair and an adjoining lounge section with a sofa and extra tv . Large windows which opened like a door with a glass panel outside to make a sort of balcony / stop you falling out 🙂 Executive room opened up all sorts of special facilities such as an executive breakfast in beautiful surroundings with lovely choice set out as a buffet . Extensive range of breakfast foods . You could order your eggs / omelettes separately to be made fresh and brought to the table , selection of fresh fruits and dried fruits and nuts and mueslis . Smoothies and fresh juices as well as a huge selection of breads and pastries , cooked sausages and bacon and cold meats and cheeses . There was an exclusive lounge where snacks and drinks and cakes were served at different times of the day but we didn't get chance to do that ( short break busy itinerary) There was also a swimming pool for use by any guests which I used once due to time constraints , it was just beautiful ❤️ Very friendly helpful staff , beautiful clean rooms with coffee and tea facilities and robes and slippers were provided in our executive room also which was a lovely touch We forgot to bring our adapter and the hotel lent us one for a small refundable fee 😊
